Core 1 Exam Case Prep

You will learn and practise how to:

• Quickly and effectively read, plan, organize and outline a Core 1 exam case (let’s get you on the right track, right away!)
• Apply practical tips to rank the case and its issues (so that you can score and get those marks to pass!)  
• Apply practical time-management techniques to complete your case on time (because we’ve all been there — so little time left, so much left to discuss)
• Apply useful techniques to correctly allocate time to each case to complete a balanced response (and what is a balanced response? We will talk about that too!)
• Use effective methods to correctly identify accounting issues (because misidentifying and misinterpreting issues is definitely a common challenge at the beginning of the case-writing journey!)
• Efficiently and effectively set up, organize and write an accounting-issue analysis using case facts (so that you will know how to write financial accounting issues consistently and well)
• Efficiently write strong and relevant audit procedures (gotta know that too to do well on Core 1)
