Why should I attend workshops?
To become confident in case writing you need to learn the ins and outs of how to write a case, and practise applying these skills under time pressure. You can’t learn how to play basketball by watching a basketball game on TV – you have to get out there and play. To become a great writer, you’ll need to practise, and then practise some more, so that on your exam day you’ll feel confident that you’ll succeed. During our workshops, you will learn necessary writing techniques to pass your CPA exams. Our workshops will also provide you with an opportunity to practice your skills and get immediate feedback. Just as great basketball players spend time on the court to hone their skills, you’ll spend time in our workshops to get great at writing under realistic exam conditions.
When does TopPrep require payment?
Spots in each workshop are limited, and we usually have candidates on the waitlist. That’s why we require full payment in advance to reserve your spot. You can cancel your registration up to 30 days before the workshop and receive a full refund.
Will you really refund my money if I don’t like the workshop?
Yes, we will. We are truly committed to your success. We will check in with you at the end of each workshop to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your experience and, most importantly, that you learned something that helps you improve your confidence in writing cases. We guarantee to refund your money if that is not the case.
How do I register?
To register, visit our Contact Us page and let us know what workshop(s), coaching and/or marking services you are interested in. We will be in touch with you shortly and we always aim to provide the same day response.
All of our workshops have limited capacity. This is because we want to maintain a high level of quality at each workshop, which includes lots of interaction between our instructors and students.
Check out the workshop pages for course dates and registration dates. Registration is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some workshops fill up quicker than others. If a workshop you’re interested in is full, let us know – we’ll put you on the waitlist and notify you when a spot opens up!
How do I prepare for the workshops?
You will need to come prepared to work hard. Our workshops are intensive. Ideally, you will want two computer monitors (but don’t sweat it if you only have one). Make sure your computer is fully charged, and that you’re ready to focus. Our workshops are like nothing you’ve experienced before. There are no useless pauses or breaks. There are no irrelevant icebreakers or discussions. Our workshops are lazer-focused on our purpose, because we value your time.
